Position Overview:As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations on interior fit out sites. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional interiors and managing teams on-site.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on residential interior fit out projects, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and specifications.Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor and ensure strict adherence to safety standards and compliance with all relevant regulations.Ensure quality control by inspecting work regularly and addressing any issues or defects promptly.Schedule and supervise subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they adhere to timelines and quality expectations.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and site progress updates.Resolve any site issues that arise promptly, maintaining project flow and minimizing disruptions.Monitor project budgets and timelines, working with the project manager to ensure financial and time-related goals are met.Promote a positive team environment, providing guidance and leadership to on-site staff.Qualifications:Proven 3 to 4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential fitout or construction industry.UAE driving license preferredStrong knowledge of interior fit out processes, materials, and finishes.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in using construction management software and MS Office Suite.A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.Current site safety certification (e.g., First Aid, Construction Induction Card) preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Career development and training opportunities.A collaborative, dynamic, and supportive work environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesperson for our General Trading Division. The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have the ability to conduct product demonstrations as well as expand our market presence.Key Responsibilities: SALES TARGETS: Meet and exceed the monthly or quarterly sales targetsSALES &amp; CLIENT ACQUISITION: Actively seek out new customers like contractors, builders, Interior Designers, architects etc.PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS: Demonstrate and present the products, showcasing the range, quality, and application of wood and wooden materials.MARKET ANALYSIS: Be updated with the current market trends, local competitor prices and sales strategies.BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Maintain and build strong relationships with the clients and offer after-sales support.COORDINATION &amp; REPORTING: Coordinate with the team to ensure that all clients will receive quotations on time. Update the management regularly on the sales reports &amp; clients&rsquo; feedback.Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Outdoor Sales in the Wood industry</li><li>Strong product knowledge and understanding of Wood and all types of wooden material and applications.
