Job Title: Junior Inventory ExecutiveLocation: Kolkata/Joka Department: Inventory / Stores Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a Junior Inventory Executive to assist in managing daily inventory operations, stock records, material inward/outward entries, and coordination with the production and purchase departments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with basic inventory management systems or ERP/Tally.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.</li><li>Assist in preparing GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and material issue slips.</li><li>Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with system data.</li><li>Update inventory transactions in ERP/Tally on a daily basis.</li><li>Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material availability and requirements.</li><li>Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies or damages.</li><li>Maintain records for inward/outward materials, returns, and transfers.</li><li>Support the Inventory Executive/Supervisor in preparing monthly reports.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in inventory, stores, or warehouse operations.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Excel / Inventory software like Zoho inventory.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and record accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Salary: &#8377;12,000 &ndash; &#8377;18,000 per month (based on experience)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Joka, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Inventory management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
