Senior AccountantExperience Required: Minimum 10 Years Salary Range: ₹20,000 &ndash; ₹35,000 per month Location: Banogram, Joka, Kolkata Industry: Manufacturing / FMCGJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on accounting experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain complete books of accounts (Day Book, Cash Book, Ledger, Journal)</li><li>Handle GST compliance: returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and filing</li><li>Manage TDS, Income Tax, and statutory deductions</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Bank reconciliation and cash flow management</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies</li><li>Handle payroll processing and related compliance</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections</li><li>Assist management with financial analysis and cost control</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 12 years of proven accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance</li><li>Experience with Tally / accounting software</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / food production / retail industry</li><li>Stability in previous employment</li><li>Familiar with compliance and audit processes</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
