This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and a foundational understanding of the day-to-day operations of a law firm.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Front Desk Management: Greet clients, answer and direct incoming calls professionally, and manage the office's main email correspondence.</li><li>Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage attorney calendars, and prepare the office for meetings and consultations.</li><li>Legal Documentation: Assist with the organization, scanning, and filing of client files, including electronic and hard-copy documents.</li><li>Communication: Draft and format routine correspondence, memos, and simple legal forms.</li><li>Office Maintenance: Maintain a tidy, organized reception and common areas.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Clio.</li><li>A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week.</li><li>Compensation: Starting at $15.00 DOE.</li></ul>Pay: From $15.00 per hourExpected hours: 15.0 &ndash; 20.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
