We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute email marketing campaigns</li><li>Manage email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.</li><li>Create and manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts.</li><li>Ensure emails are optimized for deliverability and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging email creatives.</li><li>Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.</li><li>Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and personalization.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Good communication and collaboration abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in e-commerce or B2C marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and integrations.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or broader digital marketing is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
