Key Responsibilities

1. Call Management:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Handle multiple calls simultaneously using a phone system or switchboard.

2. Customer Service:

  • Greet callers with a polite and helpful tone.
  • Address basic inquiries about services, products, or organization details.

3. Message Handling:

  • Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered promptly.
  • Log call details and maintain communication records.

4. Administrative Support:

  • Assist with scheduling appointments or meetings.
  • Update phone directories and maintain call logs.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing or data entry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist, phone operator, or in customer service is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
