If you thrive in a high-expectation, guest-driven environment and take pride in setting the standard each shift, we invite you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesService &amp; Guest Experience<ul><li>Lead service from the floor with polish and professionalism</li><li>Build authentic guest relationships and drive repeat business</li><li>Execute private events and full buyouts seamlessly</li><li>Maintain composure during high-volume services</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Recruit, train and mentor front-of-house staff</li><li>Uphold elevated service standards with real-time coaching</li><li>Foster accountability, teamwork and pride</li></ul>Operational Oversight<ul><li>Manage labor to meet sales and cost targets</li><li>Oversee cash handling, reconciliations and vendor communication</li><li>Forecast inventory and protect margins</li><li>Support revenue growth through strong execution</li><li>Oversee all Human Resource functions</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of management experience in an upscale restaurant, winery or hotel</li><li>Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge</li><li>Experience executing high-touch events or elevated dining service</li><li>Proficiency with Toast, OpenTable or comparable systems</li><li>Polished communication skills and strong floor presence</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Full-Time Salary: $72,000</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Dining benefits</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $72,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
