As the Preschool Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our young learners and creating a nurturing environment where teachers and children can thrive.Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old.- Oversee and implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of passionate educators, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.- Foster strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and collaboration in their child's educational journey.- Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, ensuring a high standard of quality and safety.Qualifications:- Must be able to meet the State of Nevada licensing requirements for a Preschool Director.
