Full job descriptionJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. This role is essential for expanding our customer base and driving sales of IT infrastructure, IT projects, and a wide range of technology solutions, including applications, cybersecurity, laptops, desktops, servers, access control systems, security solutions, cloud solutions, and networking equipment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Business Development: Identify, target, and engage potential customers across various industries to sell IT infrastructure and solutions.</li><li>Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for hardware (laptops, desktops, servers) and solutions (cloud, security, networking).</li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.</li><li>Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT solutions, including access control, security, and cloud solutions, to address their challenges.</li><li>Software Solutions Sales: Sell software solutions such as CRM, HRMS, DMS, ERP, etc.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure, hardware, security, and cloud solutions.</li><li>Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the value and capabilities of the offered solutions.</li><li>Proposal Preparation: Develop customized proposals, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless product delivery and post-sales support.</li><li>Market Research: Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to help develop competitive strategies.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.</li></ul>Key Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on IT infrastructure, hardware solutions, and software applications.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT infrastructure products such as laptops, desktops, servers, security systems, cloud solutions, and networking.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve targets.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities with the skill to offer tailored solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of current IT trends, cloud computing, and security best practices is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Certifications:<ul><li>Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cloud certifications, etc.) are advantageous.</li></ul>Application Details:Please send your resume to careers@smart360tech.com.Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Open to deserving candidates + Attractive Sales Incentives (based on targets)Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a valid UAE Driving License?
