Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Staffing<ul><li>Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.</li><li>Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.</li><li>Collect and verify employee documents (ID proofs, educational certificates, etc.).</li><li>Create and maintain employee personnel files (digital and physical).</li><li>Manage background verification processes.</li></ul>Attendance, Leave &amp; Payroll Coordination<ul><li>Maintain daily attendance and leave records.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts or payroll teams for salary processing.</li><li>Track and manage employee attendance, late marks, and absences.</li><li>Handle queries related to salary, leave, and HR policies.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.</li><li>Plan and organize employee engagement activities.</li><li>Support in performance appraisal and feedback collection.</li><li>Ensure a positive and compliant work environment.</li></ul>HR Administration &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain HR-related reports and databases (Excel / HR software).</li><li>Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).</li><li>Handle exit formalities including clearance, experience letters, and F&amp;F settlement.</li><li>Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BBA / BCom / BA / MBA in HR preferred).</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software tools.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in HR and administration.</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,205.89 - &#8377;23,819.81 per monthWork Location: Remote
