Smart Astra is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our smart technology and technical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and generate new business leads across Commercial, Hospitality, Industrial, Marine and Residential sectors</li><li>Promote company solutions including:</li><li>Audio/Visual Systems</li><li>Telecom &amp; ICT Solutions</li><li>Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Turnstiles)</li><li>Industrial Automation</li><li>Intelligent Living &amp; Smart Home Solutions</li><li>Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations</li><li>Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions</li><li>Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors</li><li>Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Market Intelligence<ul><li>Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates</li><li>Track sales targets and submit regular performance reports</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in sales within technical services, ELV, ICT, security, or automation industry</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to clients</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience selling smart home, automation, ICT, telecom, or security solutions</li><li>Existing client network in UAE is an advantage</li><li>Basic technical knowledge of ELV/ICT systems</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary (AED 2,500 &ndash; 3,000)</li><li>Attractive commission structure</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive and innovative work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
