Smart Astra is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our smart technology and technical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business leads across Commercial, Hospitality, Industrial, Marine and Residential sectors
- Promote company solutions including:
- Audio/Visual Systems
- Telecom & ICT Solutions
- Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Turnstiles)
- Industrial Automation
- Intelligent Living & Smart Home Solutions
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
- Track sales targets and submit regular performance reports
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within technical services, ELV, ICT, security, or automation industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to clients
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling smart home, automation, ICT, telecom, or security solutions
- Existing client network in UAE is an advantage
- Basic technical knowledge of ELV/ICT systems
