Smart Astra is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our smart technology and technical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business leads across Commercial, Hospitality, Industrial, Marine and Residential sectors
  • Promote company solutions including:
  • Audio/Visual Systems
  • Telecom & ICT Solutions
  • Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Turnstiles)
  • Industrial Automation
  • Intelligent Living & Smart Home Solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
  • Track sales targets and submit regular performance reports
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within technical services, ELV, ICT, security, or automation industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling smart home, automation, ICT, telecom, or security solutions
  • Existing client network in UAE is an advantage
  • Basic technical knowledge of ELV/ICT systems
