Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you would take Inbound/Outbound calls and schedule vehicle recall/service appointments for dealership customers. Training will be conducted via zoom. You must have the required equipment (listed below) to be considered. This is a great opportunity for candidates who can follow a script without sounding scripted, who have excellent active listening skills and reading comprehension skills.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer Incoming calls from customers of partnered automotive dealerships.</li><li>Follow Call scripts and input information into multiple systems accurately.</li><li>Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives based on Fact Sheet Guidelines.</li><li>Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while handling calls</li><li>Schedule appointments based on each dealerships criteria and availability.</li><li>Input accurate comments on each call of customer interactions and appointments.</li><li>Collaborate with management and follow feedback provided to improve call quality.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must have the required equipment to work from home</li><li>At least 2 years of experience working from home in a customer service or sales role</li><li>Previous call center experience is strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong reading comprehension skills- must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions and scripts accurately</li><li>Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clients.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Comfortable using a computer with dual monitors and multi-tasking across multiple systems.</li><li>Must have a quiet distraction-free home workspace.</li></ul>Work From Home Equipment Requirements:<ul><li>2 displays with a resolution of at least 1920x1080. (Anything less will cause your windows to appear &ldquo;cut off.&rdquo; Anything more will work, but they will be smaller, and you may need to readjust the window size and zoom level.)</li><li>A PC (preferred desktop) with Windows 10 (64 bit) or Windows 11 (64 bit) operating system installed, at least minimum of 16GB of RAM, CPU needs a minimum of 4 cores and administrative rights</li><li>Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection</li><li>Noise cancelling mic/headset</li><li>Non-Mechanical (clicky) keyboard or mouse</li></ul>Join us as we strive to provide outstanding service to our clients!
