Remote Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you would take Inbound/Outbound calls and schedule vehicle recall/service appointments for dealership customers. Training will be conducted via zoom. You must have the required equipment (listed below) to be considered. This is a great opportunity for candidates who can follow a script without sounding scripted, who have excellent active listening skills and reading comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer Incoming calls from customers of partnered automotive dealerships.
• Follow Call scripts and input information into multiple systems accurately.
• Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives based on Fact Sheet Guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while handling calls
• Schedule appointments based on each dealerships criteria and availability.
• Input accurate comments on each call of customer interactions and appointments.
• Collaborate with management and follow feedback provided to improve call quality.

Requirements

• Must have the required equipment to work from home
• At least 2 years of experience working from home in a customer service or sales role
• Previous call center experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong reading comprehension skills- must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions and scripts accurately
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using a computer with dual monitors and multi-tasking across multiple systems.
• Must have a quiet distraction-free home workspace.

Work From Home Equipment Requirements:

• 2 displays with a resolution of at least 1920x1080. (Anything less will cause your windows to appear “cut off.” Anything more will work, but they will be smaller, and you may need to readjust the window size and zoom level.)
• A PC (preferred desktop) with Windows 10 (64 bit) or Windows 11 (64 bit) operating system installed, at least minimum of 16GB of RAM, CPU needs a minimum of 4 cores and administrative rights
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection
• Noise cancelling mic/headset
• Non-Mechanical (clicky) keyboard or mouse
