<ul><li>Preferably someone in Depend Visa.</li><li>Prepares scale remodel and new construction Architectural proposal drawings, documentation, 3d models, and 2D plans for review by customer for operational consideration.</li><li>Prepares scale existing condition (as-built) drawings, documentation, 3D models and 2D plans by converting data collected on-site by advanced site capturing methods including but not limited to: laser scanning, point clouds, asset data information, photos, and floor plan sketches.</li><li>Plots drawings for internal and external project consultants, team members, owners, and stakeholders</li><li>Maintains strict CAD drawing standards</li><li>Logs drawings and database entries as required.</li><li>Participates in team discussions to ensure team alignment and group consensus on SOP&rsquo;s and WI&rsquo;s.</li><li>Coordinates layouts with external consultants of all trades and other areas of expertise</li><li>May participate in the development and maintenance of department SOPs and WIs</li><li>May participate in development and maintenance of symbol libraries and drawing templates for all accounts in all drawing platforms as required.</li><li>Reliable attendance is required.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Fresher</p><p>Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month</p>
