CAD Designer

• Preferably someone in Depend Visa.
• Prepares scale remodel and new construction Architectural proposal drawings, documentation, 3d models, and 2D plans for review by customer for operational consideration.
• Prepares scale existing condition (as-built) drawings, documentation, 3D models and 2D plans by converting data collected on-site by advanced site capturing methods including but not limited to: laser scanning, point clouds, asset data information, photos, and floor plan sketches.
• Plots drawings for internal and external project consultants, team members, owners, and stakeholders
• Maintains strict CAD drawing standards
• Logs drawings and database entries as required.
• Participates in team discussions to ensure team alignment and group consensus on SOP’s and WI’s.
• Coordinates layouts with external consultants of all trades and other areas of expertise
• May participate in the development and maintenance of department SOPs and WIs
• May participate in development and maintenance of symbol libraries and drawing templates for all accounts in all drawing platforms as required.
• Reliable attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned.
