 We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
 
 &ldquo;Project Manager (EPC)&rdquo;
 
 to strengthen our Project Management team at our Headquarters. This role will provide leadership in delivering large-scale solar EPC projects, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide overall leadership in the execution of solar EPC projects, ensuring the integration of all project components (panels, inverters, grid connection systems, and balance of plant)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality control of site works and perform inspections of project materials and components
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and ensure that proper quality standards are maintained on site in line with contractual and ISO requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and manage claim processes and identify opportunities aligned with project strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the project team and subcontractors to achieve cost, margin, and timeline objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Report project progress, financial status, and KPIs to the Project Management Office on a weekly/monthly basis, ensuring team engagement and alignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify significant problems, ensure corrective actions are implemented, and promote a proactive approach to prevent issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and lead regular progress reviews to ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure customer quality expectations are met or exceeded
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct field investigations and oversee the commissioning of electrical systems at the power plant
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular reporting and coordination with other business units
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and contribute to a safe working environment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of project management experience in large-scale power plant EPC projects, preferably solar farms (photovoltaic panels, inverters, and grid connection systems)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of preparing Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans, and Project Quality Procedures in compliance with contractual requirements and ISO standards
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP certification is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driving license and active driving experience (mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional language (e.g., French, Spanish, German) is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 No restrictions for domestic and international travel
 </li>

 Taking overall responsibility for the preparation of commercially, legally, and technically optimized system offers within complex projects, based on international customer specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Calculating labor, material, and project costs, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure competitive pricing and sustainable business margins
 </li>
 <li>
 Carrying out and managing the engineering works required for tenders, and reading and interpreting tender specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing tender documents and reports in line with company standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and ensuring timely tender submittals, and supporting the other teams during contract negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Collecting bids from domestic and international suppliers and subcontractors, coordinating with vendors on third-party labor and material costs, and supporting the solicitation process
 </li>
 <li>
 Being proficient in domestic legislation, applying and monitoring legislation changes, and having knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrating experience in managing both simple and complex tender processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicating and coordinating effectively between departments (business development, procurement, and construction)
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as a team player, willing to provide additional input when required to meet customer-based deadlines
