We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced “Tendering Engineer” to strengthen our Tendering and Costing team at our Headquarters.If you are passionate about renewable energy and want to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking company, we would love to hear from you!

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from reputable universities
• Minimum 2 years of tendering experience, preferably in solar energy or renewable energy projects
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and AutoCAD
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in planning, tracking, and reporting
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• A systematic and result-oriented approach to problem-solving, goal achievement, and customer focus
• Able to travel without restrictions

Job Description

• Taking overall responsibility for the preparation of commercially, legally, and technically optimized system offers within complex projects, based on international customer specifications
• Calculating labor, material, and project costs, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure competitive pricing and sustainable business margins
• Carrying out and managing the engineering works required for tenders, and reading and interpreting tender specifications
• Preparing tender documents and reports in line with company standards
• Planning and ensuring timely tender submittals, and supporting the other teams during contract negotiations
• Collecting bids from domestic and international suppliers and subcontractors, coordinating with vendors on third-party labor and material costs, and supporting the solicitation process
• Being proficient in domestic legislation, applying and monitoring legislation changes, and having knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
• Demonstrating experience in managing both simple and complex tender processes
• Communicating and coordinating effectively between departments (business development, procurement, and construction)
• Acting as a team player, willing to provide additional input when required to meet customer-based deadlines
