Location: Amer Center &ndash; Dubai, UAEJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Consultant to join our team at the Amer Center. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, along with in-depth knowledge of UAE visas, visa types, and the application/renewal process. This role requires handling customer inquiries, promoting services, and converting leads into successful transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Amer Center services and convert leads into sales.</li><li>Provide accurate information to customers regarding:</li><li>Different types of UAE visas (Visit Visa, Tourist Visa, Employment Visa, Dependent Visa, Golden Visa, etc.)</li><li>Visa processing requirements and timelines.</li><li>Renewal and cancellation procedures.</li><li>Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Maintain updated knowledge of UAE immigration rules, policies, and Amer services.</li><li>Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.</li><li>Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.</li><li>Follow up on pending leads and ensure timely completion of customer requests.</li><li>Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.</li><li>Handle complaints and resolve customer queries professionally.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month
