Tele sales Consultant

Location: Amer Center – Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Consultant to join our team at the Amer Center. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, along with in-depth knowledge of UAE visas, visa types, and the application/renewal process. This role requires handling customer inquiries, promoting services, and converting leads into successful transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Amer Center services and convert leads into sales.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding:
• Different types of UAE visas (Visit Visa, Tourist Visa, Employment Visa, Dependent Visa, Golden Visa, etc.)
• Visa processing requirements and timelines.
• Renewal and cancellation procedures.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain updated knowledge of UAE immigration rules, policies, and Amer services.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Follow up on pending leads and ensure timely completion of customer requests.
• Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Handle complaints and resolve customer queries professionally.
