Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an on-site rolewhere you’ll be responsible for cold calling potential clients, following up on leads, managing your pipeline through the CRM, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to close deals.
This position is ideal for ambitious individuals who are confident on the phone, thrive in a target-driven environment, and want to build a long-term career in Dubai real estate.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients daily
✅ Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings
✅ Follow up consistently with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
✅ Update and manage all leads, calls, and client interactions in the CRM
✅ Attend daily sales meetings and report progress to the team
✅ Stay informed about new property launches and market trends
✅ Occasionally attend developer events, open houses, or property tours
Requirements
✔ Excellent communication and phone skills
✔ Confidence in cold calling and lead follow-up
✔ Target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed
✔ Ability to manage time, tasks, and CRM updates efficiently
✔ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, or Hindi are a plus)
✔ Previous real estate or telesales experience preferred but not mandatory
