Key Responsibilities
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day, ensuring a minimum of 60 connected calls.
- Engage with local and international clients to promote Sobha Realty’s off-plan projects.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and identify potential buyers for off-plan properties.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in real estate telesales is required (off-plan experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Flexible to work evenings or extended hours to cater to international clients.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
