We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management, with a strong understanding of the local market. This role involves generating new leads, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets across various IT products and services, including time attendance and access control systems.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.2. Visit prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.3. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.4. Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations based on client needs.5. Promote and sell time attendance systems, biometric devices, and access control solutions.6. Provide clients with product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits.7. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.8. Coordinate with technical team for installation and after-sales support.9. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.10. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.11. Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.12. Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.13. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.Requirements:14. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in IT solutions, security systems, IT Hardware &amp; Software.15. Experience selling time attendance machines, biometric devices, or access control systems is a strong advantage.16. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.17. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.18. Valid UAE driving license is Preferred.19. Fluency in English; knowledge.20. Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
•	Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients across UAE.
•	Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to servers, desktops, laptops, printers, networking and email
•	Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and hardware.
•	Manage and monitor email setup, Wi-Fi connectivity, and server-level support.
•	Maintain detailed records of service requests, actions taken, and resolutions.
•	Ensure timely response and professional communication with clients.
Requirements:
•	Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in the UAE.
•	Strong knowledge Desktop/Laptop, Windows operating systems, networking, and server environments.
•	Ability to handle client requests both remotely and through onsite visits.
•	UAE driving license preferred.
•	Good communication and problem-solving skills.
•	Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
