IT Technical Support

Key Responsibilities: • Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients across UAE. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to servers, desktops, laptops, printers, networking and email • Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and hardware. • Manage and monitor email setup, Wi-Fi connectivity, and server-level support. • Maintain detailed records of service requests, actions taken, and resolutions. • Ensure timely response and professional communication with clients. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in the UAE. • Strong knowledge Desktop/Laptop, Windows operating systems, networking, and server environments. • Ability to handle client requests both remotely and through onsite visits. • UAE driving license preferred. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
