Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team to gather and track client requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients as needed.
- Ensure timely submission of offers, tender documents, and order confirmations.
- Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records.
- Negotiating and convincing skills.
Administrative Duties
- Raise sales invoices and delivery notes in coordination with the accounts department.
- Assist in tracking payment status and coordinating collection follow-ups.
- Handle documentation related to contracts, LPOs, and project handovers.
- Organize and maintain files—digital and physical—related to sales and customer accounts.
Team & Client Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Act as a point of contact between customers and internal departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients.
IT/Industry-Specific Support
- Understand basic technical specifications of biometric and IT products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners for product availability and pricing.
- Support sales with product documentation, datasheets, and application details.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or admin roles, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Familiarity with biometric systems, software licensing, or hardware sales is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP or invoicing systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
