Sales Administrator - Real Estate (Developer)

  • Administrative Support: Manage office tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors, maintain positive relationships, and assist with inquiries.
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents, contracts, and listings.
  • Transaction Coordination: Assist in the preparation and coordination of property transactions, including processing paperwork and maintaining records.
  • Marketing Support: Help create and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
  • Financial Assistance: Assist with invoicing, billing, and managing budgets as needed.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
