Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Guide clients through the buying, selling, or investing process by giving clear, expert advice based on their needs.
  • Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting the key features and benefits of each listing.
  • Market Knowledge: Keep up with Dubai’s real estate trends, prices, and developments so you can give clients accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Help buyers and sellers reach the best possible deal by handling negotiations professionally.
  • Relationship Building: Create and maintain strong connections with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Stay in touch with potential buyers and sellers, manage your client database, and follow up on all leads provided to you.
