Senior Investment Manager

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in accordance with their needs and preferences.
  • Generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and open houses.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after transactions.
  • Understand clients’ requirements and match them with suitable properties.
  • Stay up to date with real estate laws, regulations, and trends specific to Dubai and the UAE.
  • Maintain knowledge of available listings and market prices.
  • Ensure all real estate documentation complies with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
