Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our reputable firm in Dubai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting clients with their ideal properties, facilitating smooth transactions, and providing exceptional service in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties throughout Dubai.

• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and facilitate closings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property developers.

• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, laws, and regulations.

• Prepare marketing materials and promote listings on various platforms.

• Provide expert advice to clients regarding market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE property laws and company policies.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar sales role (experience in Dubai preferred at least 6 months experienced).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of Dubai’s property market and legal requirements.

• Fluency in English (Arabic and/or other languages is an advantage).

• Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Professional appearance and attitude.
