About the Role

We seek a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to elevate the digital and brand presence of Prima Luxury. This is a great opportunity for a junior professional to gain invaluable experience in the luxury real estate sector and contribute to our digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Social Media & Content Management: Develop content plans for key platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, crafting compelling visual and written content (property showcases, market insights, lifestyle content) that resonates with high-net-worth individuals and investors. Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and a premium brand voice. Prepare social media performance reports to inform future strategies.

* Paid Advertising & Lead Generation: Set up and manage Meta Ads and other paid campaigns with a primary focus on generating qualified leads for our property listings. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lower cost-per-lead.

* Digital Presence & Website Support: Provide essential support for website content updates, ensuring all information, including property listings and market reports, is current, accurate, and reflects our brand's premium image. Assist in maintaining content relevance across all digital channels.

* Internal Team Collaboration & Communication: Engage in seamless communication with various teams, including our real estate agents, photographer, management, and a graphic designer team, to ensure the smooth execution of all marketing initiatives.

* Marketing Collateral Coordination: Oversee the coordination of design, production, and delivery for all marketing materials, both printed and digital (e.g., property brochures, market reports, client presentations). This includes communication with external teams, managing relationships with suppliers, and overseeing the timely collection of all assets.

* Strategic Initiatives & Campaign Execution: Actively participate in content ideation and stay informed on the latest trends and marketing campaigns, particularly within the Dubai real estate market, and share relevant insights with the team. Support the planning, management, and coordination of strategic marketing initiatives from start to completion.

* Research & Presentation Development: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and specific property developments, collecting relevant data and visuals. Collaborate with the design team to develop professional presentations for Prima Luxury.

* Additional Marketing Support: Proactively support any marketing-related tasks, adapting to business priorities and current needs.

Who You Are

We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented junior professional to join our team.

* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing coordination or similar role. Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the Dubai market, is highly preferable.

* Personality: Proactive, highly organized with a strong sense of ownership.

* Skills: Strong time-management skills, an ability to learn quickly, and a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment.

* Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must. Other languages are a plus.

* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with social media management platforms, basic graphic design skills, and experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus. Experience with a real estate CRM is also an advantage.
