Key Responsibilities:Patient Coordination:
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-up visits, and treatments.
- Coordinate between doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure seamless service flow.
- Provide patients with information about procedures, treatments, and aftercare instructions.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality in compliance with data protection policies.
Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and upsell clinic services, packages, and treatments to patients.
- Convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments and procedures.
- Track sales leads and follow up with potential patients through calls, emails, or messages.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain a database of patients for future marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and promotions.
Administrative & Support:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and patient coordination reports.
- Assist with billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation when needed.
- Ensure patient satisfaction surveys are conducted, and feedback is recorded for service improvement.
- Support the clinic team in smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in healthcare sales, patient coordination, or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare CRM systems.
