 is a legal-tech startup in Dubai offering the only fully remote will registration service for expats. We're growing fast and need a
 
 Setter
 
 to book consultation appointments for our sales team.
 
 
 
 The role:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Call warm leads who already showed interest (not cold calling)
 </li>
 <li>
 Around 40 calls/day, each 2-4 minutes &mdash; short, focused, friendly
 </li>
 <li>
 Book appointments, manage follow-ups, keep the CRM clean
 </li>
 <li>
 Part-time start (~3-4 hours/day), full-time track with visa
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 You need:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Local phone number (or ability to get one immediately)
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Dubai, working from a coworking space
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent English
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in phone-intensive or people-facing work (customer care, retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Energy, warmth, and the ability to stay friendly after 50 calls
 </li>
 </ul>
