Appointment Setter — SmartWills | Dubai

SmartWills is a legal-tech startup in Dubai offering the only fully remote will registration service for expats. We're growing fast and need a Setter to book consultation appointments for our sales team.

The role:

• Call warm leads who already showed interest (not cold calling)
• Around 40 calls/day, each 2-4 minutes — short, focused, friendly
• Book appointments, manage follow-ups, keep the CRM clean
• Part-time start (~3-4 hours/day), full-time track with visa

You need:

• Local phone number (or ability to get one immediately)
• Based in Dubai, working from a coworking space
• Fluent English
• Experience in phone-intensive or people-facing work (customer care, retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Energy, warmth, and the ability to stay friendly after 50 calls

You don’t need: Experience in sales, a background in law or finance, or a degree in a specific subject.
