We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (Remote) to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and closely coordinating with the sales team to convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries via email, phone and online platforms
- Respond to client queries, feedback, and concerns in a prompt, professional and solution-oriented manner
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to follow up on inquiries and support deal closure
- Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure clarity, satisfaction and engagement throughout the process
- Track and manage all inquiries to ensure they are properly handled and successfully converted into confirmed business
- Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Pricing, and Accounts) to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to clients
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions, inquiries, and outcomes in the system
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest suitable logistics solutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Proven ability to handle client inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
