Responsibilities

• Handling incoming enquiries through phone, whatsapp and email
• Managing current customer's accounts
• Arranging maintenance and technical services for clients
• Coordinating with sales and technical department

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal capabilities
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
• Adaptable to technology/software
• Capable of networking and building professional relationships with potential clients
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
• Collaborative mindset and a team player

Requirements

• Proven work experience in call center or customer service
• Arabic speaking candidates preferred with fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
