You can find out more about us at https://www.smartertools.com/.Job Description: The Network/System Administrator will provide tier 3 support to other server and network administrators responsible for the installation and management of our software. Typical installations include Windows Server 2018 and above, Ubuntu or Debian servers, and/or VPS or cloud solutions. (Azure, AWS, etc.) Support is handled via RDP, attended/unattended remote access, and via phone and email ticketing.
