Our mission is to provide precise, high-quality pharmaceutical care in a professional, detail-oriented environment.We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-driven Pharmacy Technician with a strong interest in compounding to join our growing team.Position Overview:This full-time role is a blend of hands-on compounding (approximately 2/3 of the role) and pharmacy data entry and PDMP (1/3). The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with pharmacy software, and thrives in a detail-focused setting.Key Responsibilities:Compounding &amp; Lab Duties (Approx. 2/3 of Role):<ul><li>Prepare compounded medications in accordance with formulas, SOPs, and safety protocols.</li><li>Operate and maintain compounding equipment.</li><li>Ensure all compounded products meet high standards of accuracy, sterility (where applicable), and consistency.</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and compliant lab environment.</li><li>Document compounding activities with accuracy and attention to detail.</li></ul>Pharmacy Technician Duties (Approx. 1/3 of Role):<ul><li>Accurately enter prescriptions into pharmacy software.</li><li>Review and manage PDMP (Prescription Drug Monitoring Program) requirements.</li><li>Assist in prescription processing and label preparation.</li><li>Communicate with patients and healthcare providers in a professional manner.</li></ul>General Duties:<ul><li>Manage inventory of raw ingredients, supplies, and medications.</li><li>Receive, store, and organize incoming stock.</li><li>Perform quality control checks and maintain detailed records.</li><li>Follow HIPAA and pharmacy regulations at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Current Pharmacy Technician license (CPhT or equivalent) in the state of Wisconsin (preferred).</li><li>Previous experience with compounding (preferred).</li><li>Strong proficiency with pharmacy software systems and PDMP platforms.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.</li><li>Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.</li><li>Technologically proficient and eager to learn new systems and processes.</li><li>Strong communication and time management skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience.</li><li>On-the-job training in advanced compounding practices.</li><li>A supportive and professional work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for growth.</li></ul>Join a team where precision meets purpose.
