This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and a solid understanding of dental terminology and practices. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.Duties<ul><li>Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Conduct general dentistry procedures, including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.</li><li>Provide specialized care in areas such as pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
