The role acts as a key link between management, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Support<ul><li>Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth 24/7 service continuity</li><li>Coordinate staffing schedules across shifts to maintain adequate coverage</li><li>Monitor opening, closing, and shift handover procedures</li></ul>Quality &amp; Service Control<ul><li>Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met</li><li>Support compliance with food safety regulations and company SOPs</li><li>Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary</li></ul>Staff Coordination<ul><li>Assist in training, onboarding, and supervising restaurant staff</li><li>Promote teamwork and efficient communication between kitchen and service teams</li><li>Support shift supervisors in managing performance and discipline</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Supply Coordination<ul><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment</li><li>Assist in inventory checks and wastage control measures</li><li>Report shortages or operational risks to management</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain daily operational reports including sales, incidents, and shift summaries</li><li>Assist management in analyzing performance metrics and operational challenges</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of procedures and compliance records</li></ul>Customer Experience<ul><li>Ensure fast, friendly, and consistent customer service across all shifts</li><li>Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently</li><li>Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in restaurant operations, hospitality coordination, or shift supervision</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work in a 24-hour shift-based environment</li><li>Good communication and leadership abilities</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards preferred</li><li>Proficiency in basic reporting and MS Office tools is an advantage</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>24-hour operational environment (shift-based work required)</li><li>Fast-paced QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) setting</li><li>Requires standing, movement, and on-site coordination throughout shifts</li></ul>الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل عامموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
