Position Summary

The Restaurant Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Smile Kebab 24h LLC across all service periods, ensuring smooth workflow, consistent food quality, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency in a 24-hour fast-paced restaurant environment. The role acts as a key link between management, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth 24/7 service continuity
  • Coordinate staffing schedules across shifts to maintain adequate coverage
  • Monitor opening, closing, and shift handover procedures

Quality & Service Control

  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met
  • Support compliance with food safety regulations and company SOPs
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary

Staff Coordination

  • Assist in training, onboarding, and supervising restaurant staff
  • Promote teamwork and efficient communication between kitchen and service teams
  • Support shift supervisors in managing performance and discipline

Inventory & Supply Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
  • Assist in inventory checks and wastage control measures
  • Report shortages or operational risks to management

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain daily operational reports including sales, incidents, and shift summaries
  • Assist management in analyzing performance metrics and operational challenges
  • Ensure proper documentation of procedures and compliance records

Customer Experience

  • Ensure fast, friendly, and consistent customer service across all shifts
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant operations, hospitality coordination, or shift supervision
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a 24-hour shift-based environment
  • Good communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards preferred
  • Proficiency in basic reporting and MS Office tools is an advantage

Working Conditions

  • 24-hour operational environment (shift-based work required)
  • Fast-paced QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) setting
  • Requires standing, movement, and on-site coordination throughout shifts
