This position supports both accounting and administrative operations and is well-suited for an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with financial data and internal systems.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform daily activities in QuickBooks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Support Human Resources with daily timekeeping administration and onboarding processes, including reviewing and maintaining employee time records</li><li>Manage general office operations, including answering phones, filing, and providing administrative support to the team</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel</li><li>Demonstrated experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor</li></ul>Why Join Us?We offer a professional and collaborative work environment where employees are supported in developing their accounting and administrative expertise.
