If you thrive on interaction, enjoy upselling and merchandising, and want to be part of a vibrant team, this position is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly. </li><li>Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service through clear communication and friendly phone etiquette. </li><li>Assist customers with product questions, provide product demos when appropriate, and suggest additional items through upselling techniques. </li><li>Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractive and accessible. </li><li>Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision. </li><li>Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and assisting with inventory replenishment. </li><li>Promote a positive shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures. </li><li>Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail or grocery store environments is a plus. </li><li>Ability to conduct product demos confidently to engage customers. </li><li>Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases are highly valued. </li><li>Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone. </li><li>Skilled in upselling products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust. </li><li>Knowledge of merchandising, stocking techniques, and retail math for accurate inventory management. </li><li>Excellent communication skills coupled with friendly customer service approach. </li><li>Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments preferred but not required.
