<p><b>Position Summary:</b><br/>A Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing high-quality smoothies and maintaining a clean, safe, and energetic store environment. Team Members serve as brand ambassadors by helping guests meet their health and fitness goals.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Greet every guest with a positive, friendly attitude</li><li>Take orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions</li><li>Prepare smoothies according to standard recipes for consistency</li><li>Assist guests in selecting smoothies and retail products based on their goals</li><li>Prep ingredients (fruits, vegetables, powders, liquids) for daily use</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including lobby and back-of-house</li><li>Complete opening, closing, and daily checklist tasks</li><li>Promote products, add-ons, and upsells when appropriate</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively</li><li>Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn</li><li>Interest in health, fitness, and nutrition (preferred)</li><li>Food service experience is a plus, but not required</li></ul><p>Physical Requirements</p><ul><li>Ability to stand for long periods</li><li>Lift and move up to ~50 lbs</li><li>Frequent bending, reaching, and scooping</li></ul><p>Core Expectations</p><ul><li>Deliver the &ldquo;ultimate guest experience&rdquo; every shift</li><li>Maintain smoothie quality and brand standards</li><li>Foster teamwork and a positive store culture</li><li>Stay calm and efficient during busy periods</li></ul><p>Pay: From $15.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>

<p>Smoothie King Lakefront next to the UNO Lakefront Arena is seeking Team Members with part time and full time positions available! Must be available for all shifts. Education and Experience Requirements:

Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply. Please note that while this is the minimum age requirement for employment, the Team Captain role may require additional qualifications and experience beyond age.</li><li>
