Team Member (Opening Shift) – Smoothie King

Job Overview
Smoothie King is hiring 1 part-time Team Members for the opening shift (7:00 AM – 2:00 PM) at our Kirkwood location. This position pays $15 per hour and includes 3 days of paid training. We’re looking for high school graduates with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and basic math skills. Ideal candidates are reliable, motivated, and willing to take on additional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Open the store and complete all morning preparation tasks
• Prepare smoothies accurately and efficiently according to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register system
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support team members during busy periods
• Take initiative and accept additional responsibilities when needed
