This is a remote role, but may require in-person client meetings and deal closures when necessary.You will work directly with the Founder &amp; CEO and play a central role in driving revenue, building relationships, and scaling WildSattva into a recognised premium gifting brand.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Expand and cater to all target audiences, including HR heads, procurement teams, CXOs, hotels, resorts, wedding planners, educational institutions, and corporate clients.</li><li>Identify and reach out to decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and direct calls.</li><li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product presentations.</li><li>Pitch WildSattva&rsquo;s premium gifting boxes and products to potential clients.</li><li>Negotiate and close orders, working towards monthly sales targets.</li><li>Draft and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain CRM/Excel trackers for leads, conversations, and closures.</li><li>Collect client feedback to refine products and offerings.</li><li>Collaborate with the Founder &amp; operations team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.</li></ul>Who&rsquo;s a Good Fit<ul><li>Strong interest in sales, client relations, and business development.</li><li>Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.</li><li>Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable with startup-style fast growth.</li><li>Prior internship or up to 2 years&rsquo; experience in sales, BD, or client-facing roles preferred.</li><li>Organised, target-oriented, and eager to close deals.</li><li>Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.</li><li>Ready to take ownership and grow with the company.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits <ul><li>Base Salary: &#8377;8,000&ndash;&#8377;10,000 per month (fixed component, based on consistency and effort).
