The Industrial Business Manager is responsible for leading sales and business development strategies across a designated Industrial Business District. This role is accountable for achieving revenue, profit, and growth objectives through the effective leadership of a team of Industrial Account Managers and Industrial Sales Managers.<br>
The successful candidate will develop strategic customer relationships, drive district-level sales and marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This leader will coach, mentor, and develop sales talent while delivering customer-focused solutions that drive long-term business success.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead, manage, and develop a team of 8&ndash;20+ Industrial Account Managers, with support from Industrial Sales Managers.</li><li>Drive district sales performance to achieve or exceed revenue, profit, and growth targets.</li><li>Develop and execute district-level sales and marketing strategies that support overall business unit objectives.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers at all levels, from executive leadership to operational and end-user stakeholders.</li><li>Identify customer needs and provide value-based solutions that strengthen customer partnerships and drive business growth.</li><li>Collaborate with key decision-makers, buying groups, and tool users to position products, services, and solutions effectively.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer opportunities to develop strategic business plans.</li><li>Coach and mentor team members to improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and professional development.</li><li>Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, Masters degree preferred</li><li>
May manage 8 to 20+ remote associates</li><li>
Exceptional communication and team building</li><li>
Successful record of increasing responsibility</li><li>
Strong sales strategizing and Long Range Planning (LRP) familiarity</li><li>
Excellent written &amp; verbal skills</li><li>
Impeccable personal presentation and executive office etiquette</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with impeccable driving record</li><li>
Solid knowledge of Traditional industrial marketplace or specific segment such as Government, Education, etc. will be required.</li><li>
Min of 3-5 years (prefer 5+yrs.) outside sales experience is required, preferably in an Industrial or Tool market</li><li>
Must have 3-5 years supervisory experience managing remote outside remote sales force or similar group &amp; successfully managed large projects</li><li>
Must hold all credentials or requirements needed for assigned customer accounts</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products</li><li>
Travel 60% (some overnight)</li></ul><p><br>

Average range $95,000-$ 105,000 annually with additional bonus opportunities. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, &amp; other factors.</div><div><b>
