Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
</b></div><ul><li>Demonstrate subject matter expertise related to Snap-on equipment (John Bean products)</li><li>
Generate sales of Snap-on equipment (John Bean products) within the assigned territory</li><li>
Accurately quote prices, prepare proposals, and conduct location surveys to gauge the fit of desired products</li><li>
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers through cold calls, lead generation, and proactive canvassing of territory</li><li>
Develop, foster, and sustain relationships with existing customers</li><li>
Work collaboratively with essential field service team members to deliver cohesive customer experiences</li><li>
Facilitate dynamic customer equipment training and demonstrations</li><li>
Establish and maintain supportive relationships with Snap-on franchisees
</li><li>Leverage other divisions to drive inclusive customer solutions and brand awareness</li><li>
Generate and expedite the resolution of customer concerns with professional courtesy and appropriate escalation</li><li>
Analyze territory potential, track sales, and generate reports for management</li><li>

Qualifications:

</b></div><ul><li><b>Bilingual in Spanish and English, with proven ability to communicate effectively in both languages</b>
</li><li>Professional outside sales experience with a portfolio of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals</li><li>
Strong technical abilities and familiarity with automotive service equipment are <i>preferred</i></li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities with concurrent timelines</li><li>
Energetic, sense of urgency, motivated to sell, passion for the industry, and positive representation of the Snap-on brand</li><li>
Commitment to the sales of premium undercar service equipment</li><li>
Continuous learner seeking to develop new skills and expand knowledge for maximum career progression</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Physical Requirements &amp; Working Conditions:
