Sourcing Engineer

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Recruit, interview, and hire intermediate-level staff.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.</li><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including final hiring decisions (in smaller setups).</li></ul>2. Onboarding &amp; Induction<ul><li>Plan and execute onboarding programs for new hires.</li><li>Organize induction training, job-specific training, and administrative setup.</li></ul>3. HR Records Management<ul><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of statutory and organizational HR records.</li></ul>4. Disciplinary Procedures<ul><li>Lead disciplinary processes and recommend appropriate actions to HR leadership.</li></ul>9.
