Sourcing NPD Engineer &ndash; Key Responsibilities1. Early Supplier &amp; Technical SourcingEngage suppliers early in the design and development phase (ESI) to optimize cost, quality, and manufacturabilityTranslate engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs into clear sourcing requirementsSupport design reviews with supplier technical input2. Supplier Identification &amp; QualificationIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers aligned with technical, commercial, and capacity needsAssess supplier capabilities, manufacturing processes, and readiness for NPD programs3. Cost &amp; Commercial ManagementDevelop cost models and conduct should-cost analysisLead RFQ/RFP activities and evaluate supplier quotationsNegotiate pricing, tooling costs, lead times, capacity commitments, and development supportDrive cost reduction initiatives from concept through SOP4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with R&amp;D, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teamsEnsure sourcing activities align with NPD phase-gate milestones and launch timelinesSupport DFMEA, PFMEA, and risk reviews5. Supplier Development &amp; Risk ManagementIdentify sourcing risks (single source, long lead-time tooling, immature processes)Develop and execute mitigation plansSupport supplier APQP, PPAP, pilot builds, and ramp-up activities6. Project &amp; Lifecycle SupportTrack sourcing deliverables throughout the NPD lifecycleManage tooling sourcing, ownership, and supplier handoverSupport transition from development to industrialization and mass production7. Compliance &amp; DocumentationEnsure supplier compliance with quality, regulatory, sustainability, and ethical sourcing standardsMaintain sourcing documentation, contracts, and engineering change recordsRequired skills and qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related manufacturing field.</li><li>Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or a similar role.</li><li>Technical skills: Ability to read mechanical drawings, understand Bill of Materials (BOM), and knowledge of relevant technical specifications is often required.</li><li>Analytical skills: Strong analytical mindset for cost and data analysis and making data-driven decisions.</li><li>Negotiation skills: Proven ability to negotiate prices, terms, and contracts effectively.</li><li>Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Recruit, interview, and hire intermediate-level staff.</li><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including final hiring decisions .</li></ul>2. Onboarding <ul><li>Plan and execute onboarding programs for new hires.</li></ul>3. HR Records Management<ul><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of statutory and organizational HR records.</li></ul>4. Payroll Administration<ul><li>Collate and verify payroll data submitted by junior HR staff.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with finance.</li></ul>5. Performance Management<ul><li>Manage the performance review cycle including documentation, training, timelines, and result analysis.</li></ul>7. Compliance &amp; Policy Adherence<ul><li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable labor laws.</li><li>Maintain expert-level knowledge of HR regulations and internal procedures.</li></ul>8.
