Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Recruit, interview, and hire intermediate-level staff.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including final hiring decisions .
2. Onboarding
- Plan and execute onboarding programs for new hires.
3. HR Records Management
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of statutory and organizational HR records.
4. Payroll Administration
- Collate and verify payroll data submitted by junior HR staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with finance.
5. Performance Management
- Manage the performance review cycle including documentation, training, timelines, and result analysis.
7. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of HR regulations and internal procedures.
8. Disciplinary Procedures
- Lead disciplinary processes and recommend appropriate actions to HR leadership.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 4–6 years of progressive experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
