 We are looking for an
 
 Executive Assistant
 
 who will organize the daily workflow of the CEO, manage communication, and ensure that internal and external processes run smoothly and timely.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize the executive&rsquo;s calendar
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate to meetings, prepare presentations, reports, executive summaries when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure and amnage communication with internal and external stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and support processes that help the executive use their time efficiently
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Similar work experience
 </li>
 <li>
 A bachelor&rsquo;s degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong representation abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to confidentiality
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools (Outlook).
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft professional emails, reports, and presentations.
 </li>
