 Buying Specialist

 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing and following up on buying processes from order placement to shipment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring timely and complete delivery of all orders,
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting accurate and timely procurement by following seasonal trends,
 </li>
 <li>
 Playing an active role in communication with brands and suppliers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with processes such as preparing product visuals,
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking part in seasonal reporting,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing reports on purchasing activities and inventory status for management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting routine store visits to assess store performance,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to fulfill all supply needs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from relevant departments (Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably 1+ years of experience in planning, buying, or category management, ideally in the retail sector,
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and persuasion skills with an analytical mindset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English, both written and spoken.
 </li>

 We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee the end-to-end content and social media operations of our sports retail company. This role will manage our in-house studio team, coordinate creative projects, and ensure our brand identity is consistently represented across all platforms.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a university.
 
 
 &bull; Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in content production, social media management, or related creative fields, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead, guide, and manage the in-house studio team (stylist, retoucher, graphic designer, etc.), including workflow planning and task allocation.
 
 
 &bull; Plan, organize, and oversee product photography and video shoots required by the e-commerce department.
 
 
 &bull; Create engaging and creative content tailored for social media channels.
 
 
 &bull; Distribute produced content to relevant teams and ensure correct usage across all channels.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain proper organization, foldering, and archiving of all visual and content files.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with creative agencies, production companies, and brand representatives.
 
 
 &bull; Organize content production for brand collaborations and campaign periods.
 
 
 &bull; Plan and monitor budgets for content production processes.
 
 
 &bull; Develop special projects to increase organic engagement and follower growth.
 
 
 &bull; Keep content strategy updated by monitoring trends, competitors, and emerging media formats. &bull; Establish and maintain a consistent communication tone to strengthen brand image on social media platforms.
 
 
 &bull; Create a social media content calendar and plan campaigns and product launches.
 
 
 &bull; Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and develop data-driven strategies.
