Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will organize the daily workflow of the CEO, manage communication, and ensure that internal and external processes run smoothly and timely.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar
  • Participate to meetings, prepare presentations, reports, executive summaries when necessary
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Ensure and amnage communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and support processes that help the executive use their time efficiently


Qualifications

  • Similar work experience
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong representation abilities
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to confidentiality
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools (Outlook).
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft professional emails, reports, and presentations.
