We are looking for a
Projects Technical Office Manager
to join our team in Istanbul.
Job Description;

Prepare, control and update the detailed resource-loaded project schedule on Primavera P6 or MS Project (if needed) in accordance with corporate procedures and contractual requirements.

Coordinate with the PM and Subcontractors to obtain and validate progress data to accurately update the progress control system; maintain and update the schedule.

Prepare and update project budget, actual cost, SAT, SAS, and payments follow-up on SAP and coordination with Project finance regarding payment follow up process

Preparing and analyzing monthly or quarterly Cost-to-Complete (CtC) reports and monthly cash flows

Analyze variances regarding cost and schedule performance against the base Project plan, budget and schedule, identify delays and changes , communicate the reasons for deviations and propose mitigation plans to the Project Management

Establish full integration between the estimating, cost control, planning/scheduling, change management, risk management and document control functions

Prepare project reports, including daily, weekly, monthly and corporate management reports

Control and coordinate of progress payment certificates and invoices from/to Subcontractors and the Owner regarding cost control and schedule follow-up processes.

Facilitate the project risk management and change management processes

Prepare comprehensive final closeout reports, including lessons learned and benchmarks for the reusage in future projects
Qualifications;
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
-
At least 10 years of planning, scheduling, budget estimating and cost control experience in Utility Scale Power Plant (Renewables: Solar, Wind, Hydro, Geothermal Power Plants, etc.) or similar Industrial EPC Projects.

Qualified user of Primavera P6 (essential), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office tools (in Advance level Excel , Word, Power Point) and SAP, SAT&SAS Procedures.

Knowledge of contract management including evaluation and implementation at every stage of the project.

Experience with change management and risk management processes

Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with Project Management (PM), Project Team members, Clients, Vendors, Subcontractors and any kind of Stakeholders related with projects

Fluent in Business English, both verbal and written
